We take every step to display our product details, descriptions, and images, including final dimensions and material specifications, as accurately as possible.

• Reliance on Data: You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to confirm the structure's suitability for your intended use (storage, workshop, or conversion) and to check with your local municipality for any required permits or building codes before purchase.

• Availability: Availability of all barn kit models is subject to change without notice.

4. Pricing & Payments (PayPal Only)

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust product prices and correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

• Payment Method: All payments are accepted exclusively through the secure PayPal platform as detailed in our How to Pay Policy.

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment authorization or verification cannot be secured or if the payment details are incomplete.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Inspection of Freight

All barn kit deliveries are handled by specialized freight carriers and require careful coordination.

• Delivery Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and receiving information. You must ensure that the delivery location is accessible to the size of the freight truck and lift-gate service.

• Mandatory Inspection: YOU MUST THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE PALLETIZED KIT AND PACKAGING FOR ANY VISIBLE FREIGHT DAMAGE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BEFORE SIGNING THE RECEIPT (Bill of Lading). Damages not clearly noted on the carrier's receipt at the time of delivery may severely limit your ability to file a claim.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy permits returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to strict conditions.

• Condition: Items must be in unused, unopened, and original factory-sealed condition. Any opened packages or partially assembled components will void the return eligibility.

• Shipping: Return freight costs are the customer's responsibility unless the kit is defective or damaged upon arrival and noted on the delivery receipt (as per Section 5).

7. Warranty and Maintenance

As a certified reseller, all products purchased from Barn Vault are covered by the full Manufacturer's Warranty (e.g., Best Barns or Little Cottage Co.).

• Coverage: Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship, including the 50-Year Limited Siding Warranty on applicable products.

• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper assembly, neglect, or failure to follow the manufacturer's building instructions.

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for proper assembly, applying the required exterior finishes (roofing shingles/metal and paint), and general maintenance.

8. Product Usage and Safety

By purchasing a barn kit from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will assemble the structure responsibly and in strict accordance with the product manual, safety guidelines, and local building codes.

• We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, property loss, or legal issues resulting from the improper, unsafe, or negligent assembly or use of our products.

9. Limitation of Liability

Barn Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue, resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
